Presentation
One of the truly dramatic moments in Magic comes at the end of Kevin James’ floating rose routine, wherein the rose that has been levitated throughout the performance is suddenly transformed into a real rose and presented to a spectator/assistant.
The James method is highlighted and fully described in his fine videotape that details the entire floating rose sequence. We believed, however, that the finale could be presented as a stand-alone effect, and with Kevin’s permission, developed it with a new apparatus and methodology.
Effect
The performer lights a candle, then shapes a piece of tissue paper into a rose. Touching the paper with the candle’s flame, the paper rose is transformed in a burst of fire, into a real* rose!
Comes complete with hand-made brass candle stick, gimmicked candle and sample flower plus complete instructions.
NOTE: THIS USES A REAL ROSE IN PERFORMANCE; WE SHIP YOU A FAKE ROSE FOR PRACTICE.
The candle wick provided will last for many performances before it needs to be replaced. We have extra candle wick section when needed or you can make your own.
